Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Starlet and the plans displayed on this static storefront. By using Starlet, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Starlet generates AI portraits from photos supplied by a user. Results are AI-generated and may differ from real appearance. You are responsible for reviewing generated material before publication or commercial use.

Subscriptions are monthly unless a different term is expressly stated. The checkout collects the displayed amount for the selected month. It does not set up automatic renewal. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. Payment is collected through the hosted payment gateway. Access and renewal arrangements must be confirmed with the operator.

You may use only photographs and other source materials that you have the right to upload and transform. You must not use Starlet to impersonate real people, create deceptive representations of people without authorization, or create deepfakes. You must not use generated content to commit fraud, harassment, discrimination, or other unlawful activity. You are responsible for required disclosures. Because outputs are AI-generated, Starlet recommends disclosure in the surrounding use context when generated content could reasonably be mistaken for documentary photography.

Paid-plan commercial rights are limited by the specific plan and do not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, likeness rights, locations, or source photographs. Extra is personal-use only. Lead includes commercial use, Star includes a full commercial license as described in its plan, and Legend includes an enterprise license. You are responsible for securing any additional permissions required for your use.

Starlet may suspend or terminate access for material violations, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, or payment failure. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The service and generated outputs are provided subject to the limitations stated in the applicable live agreement. These terms should be reviewed with qualified counsel before use as a production legal contract.

For a production launch, the operator should replace this conceptual text with the actual legal entity, governing-law clause, dispute process, service availability terms, and support contact. Subscription receipts should identify the purchased plan, renewal cadence, applicable taxes, and any usage consumed during the billing period.
